    This 13" penny rug is so cute . . .just right for a birthday celebration. . .very cute paired with a pedestal cake stand topped with cupcakes . . .will easily accommodate a large jar candle too . . .all materials used are felted wool felt . . .a soft cream in a color called "fresh linen" sits on a fun cotton candy pink and mat is backed with this . . .the cupcake "tins" are done in a pretty silver and then the "frosting" is done in 6 different colors that are so cute together . . .each cupcake is topped with "sprinkles" done in the same colors of the "frosting" . . .in between the cupcakes are ice cream cone buttons that have been stitched securely to the mat . . .these buttons are so cute and are very detailed . . .the "scoops" really sparkle too . . .beautiful quality handmade item. . .my own design and done entirely by hand by me. . .please see my excellent feedback for penny rugs and quilts - many wonderful and LOVED repeat buyers who keep me stitching
