VTG. 60s BoHo Ivory Silk Hand Beaded Custom Made Wedding Dress Gown HONG KONG - S/M
Stunning ONE-OF-A-KIND vintage BOHO Princess 1960's hand beaded Dupioni ivory silk A-LINE wedding gown
This gorgeous dress was custom made in Hong Kong by one the premier dressmaking/tailoring houses, Shanghai Custom Tailors Johnson Dong.
Hong Kong was the center of high end custom clothing AND dressmaking / tailoring from the 40s- 70s and produced high quality clothing for the world/s best known designers.   Also VERY LV (likely copies this style from vintage photos) - -who showed similar gown in the NY Times Style section a while back.
The front of this A-line gown is beaded along Princess seams from bust to hem - see pix for closeup of amazing bead work.
The
3/4 sleeves are beautifully beaded at the cuff and hem with triple rows of pearls.  This fully lined g
