This is my very loved, pre-owned wedding dress when I got married in 2007.
It is a Classics by Eden, Eden Bridals mermaid/trumpet gown in Ivory with gold beading and embellishments.
I absolutely fell in love with this dress when I saw it in a bridal magazine.
I ordered it online and it was perfect.
The dress is a regular size 6 but it has been altered to fit me and I was a bit thinner than a true size 6 at that time.
All of the alterations were made by a professional wedding dress seamstress and she mentioned to me that if I sold the dress later on, those alterations she made could be removed by another professional seamstress to fit a true size 6 bride.
The length has also been taken up since I am quite short and she had added the buttons and loops to pull the train up.
The dress does require cleaning by a professional dry cleaner. It has some pilling on it.

It has staining on the edges of the train. But it's only been worn once, and then it's been hanging in my closet ever since.
It's been hung in a JCPenney garment bag all these years.
I have taken it out from time to time to inspect it and make sure nothing has been happening to it.
It's still as beautiful as it was when I wore it.
I have been holding onto it for quite some time.
My husband and I will be entering our 14th year of marriage in August.
I feel like it's time to move this stunning dress on.
Maybe there's another bride out there who will love this dress as much as I do.

The alterations were also over 0.
At the time, I had saved all my pennies to buy this dress myself.
It has served me well and I will always have my wedding photos to look back on.
